    Morgan Burman

    Attorney at Law

Morgan was born in Madisonville, Kentucky in 1993. He attended Clarksville Academy from 2005-2012. He knew at a young age that he wanted to pursue a legal career. Morgan attended Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee and received a B.A. in Political Science. He worked as a law clerk for a local firm before attending law school at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
During law school, Morgan was twice elected President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. During his tenure, society memberships tripled. He also worked as a law clerk for the Shelby County Attorney’s office, the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and Glassman, Wyatt, Tuttle, & Cox. After earning a J.D. from Memphis law in the spring of 2020, Morgan returned home to Clarksville, Tennessee to open RedStone Law with his father, Michael Burman, and fellow Memphis Law classmate, Mark Zenker.
It is Morgan’s lifelong dream to open a law firm with his father and help people from his hometown community resolve any legal issues. He believes the law should benefit society, not hinder individual prosperity. Whatever your legal issue may be, Morgan will work to ensure the law functions in a just manner.

    Mark Zenker

    Attorney at Law

Mark Zenker grew up in Clarksville, Tennessee and graduated from Clarksville High School in 2011. He attended Austin Peay State University and received a B.S. in Political Science. Mark continued his education and earned a J.D. from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
While in law school Mark was an active member of the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and served on the executive board for the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Mark considers the time spent in the Neighborhood Preservation Clinic to be his most valuable law school experience because it presented an opportunity to further the rehabilitation of blighted communities surrounding Memphis. On behalf of the City of Memphis, Mark negotiated with property owners involved in public nuisance lawsuits as they proceeded through Environmental court.
Following law school, Mark returned home to Clarksville, Tennessee to join fellow Memphis Law classmate, Morgan Burman, along with his father, Michael Burman, in the opening of a new law firm, RedStone Law. Mark is excited for the opportunity to provide legal assistance to those in need within the community that helped raise him.

    Michael Burman

    Attorney at Law

Although Mike Burman grew up on a farm in Christian County, Kentucky, he realized his future lay in Clarksville, Tennessee. Mike drove forty-five miles a day to graduate from Clarksville Academy in 1976. He worked summers to pay for the University of Louisville, graduating with a B.S. in Political Science. While clerking for a local law firm, Mike earned a J.D. from the University of Northern Kentucky Chase School of Law.
After law school, Mike returned home to Christian County, Kentucky, where he opened his own general practice. Eventually, Mike merged with other lawyers, creating the largest legal partnership in Hopkinsville. As Hopkinsville, Fort Campbell, Oak Grove, and Clarksville grew, Mike decided to focus on personal injury and wrongful death cases in Kentucky and Tennessee. He handles many other types of injury and death cases as well, including medical malpractice, premises liability, and slip-and-falls.
Mike has over twenty-five years of legal experience in Kentucky and Tennessee courts. He is eligible to practice law before any State or Federal Court in Kentucky or Tennessee. Mike successfully litigated against Walmart in the Supreme Court of Kentucky, Lanier v. Wal-Mart Stores Inc., 99 S.W.3d 431 (Ky. 2003), a case that changed the law regarding premises liability in Kentucky. Lanier has since been cited in over forty cases, the 6th Circuit, and six states. Mike has also taught seminars on several legal topics, including motor vehicle insurance and legal technology.
Mike is thrilled to be a part of RedStone Law along with his son, Morgan Burman, and fellow member, Mark Zenker. Mike is most excited about integrating new technology with the firm. He is a passionate advocate for technology in the law and has used legal technology in and out of the courtroom to produce better results for his clients. He believes strongly in making the law work for clients through technology.
